i need help with gardening potatoes. the leaves have bite marks, black spots, get yellow and fall off.?

There are so many diseases and pests that bother potatoes but it looks like it could be a problem called Early blight, caused by the fungus Alternaria solani. The only cure is a fungicide and next year plant them in a different area. Here are some links to help you. Good luck.
