Should I be worried about our black widow infestation?
We just moved to southern California and noticed that there are black widow spiders all over our complex and around our unit. We have already killed about 8 of them on our patio and garden/walkway area. But they are every where, should we be conserned or just leave them alone, probably protecting our house from insects. Also, we have 2 cats and a dog!!
You should first be sure they are black widows, they usually stay in cool,dark, damp locations. It may be something else. Personally any spider freaks me out though.
