fruit loops cereal to lose weight.?
I`m trying to lose about 10 pounds, i eat fruits, drink only water, but i can`t help to crave a sugary taste. I often get a bowl of cereal without milk and eat it( with my hands of course) the nutrition facts indicate 100 calories 3/4 cup 0 cholesterol, low fat,saturated fat, trans fat free, 12g sugar. Is this bad, am i gaining more weight then losing? Its got to be a better alternative then cookies, and chocolate.
The reason you’re craving something sweet is because your body needs the complex carbohydrates in order for your body to function properly.
The best thing that you can do is to eat whole grains, so that looks like beans, peas, lentils, sweet potatoes, brown rice etc. Eating this way fills you up longer so that you eat less thereby losing weight.
When you have a sweet craving eat fruit.
